1958-1959 President Alf Sandler
Jim Terry was farewelled in December 1958. £2,621 was presented to the Mayor for the amenities block at Taylor Oval. This was proceeds from the Princess Carnival Week. The Sports Princess, Janice Armstrong, was the winner raising £1,390. The Commerce Princess raised £891, donated materials £139, Dance £38, Street Carnival and BBQ £588 and Bob-a-Brick £150.
